Print-on-Demand Products

Most of our products are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partner in the USA. Each item is custom-created just for you, which means we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we don't accept general returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect item sent

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at hi@dollymamasbyjoey.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved, we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.
